  5.  Once you understand what each line is for, you can delete everything below
  6.  and including the dashed line.

  8.  Line 1 - Input file: T.A.G. format questionarre file, the file that T.A.G.
  9.                       creates to store the answers and the user information
  10.                       when someone answers a questionnarre.

  12.  Line 2 - Output file: T.A.G. quote/rumor file.   An existing  file will be
  13.                        overwritten.  This is the file that T.A.G. will read
  14.                        to display your quote/rumor.   If you'd  simply like
  15.                        your rumors  displayed during logon just  before the
  16.                        bulletin  section,  have this field set to your main
  17.                        data  files  area  with  the  name  TAGQUOTE.MSG  or
  18.                        TAGQUOTE.CLR.

  20.  Line 3 - The string to be inserted before the rumor. Line 3 must exist, if
  21.           you don't want anything  inserted leave it blank. This area could
  22.           be used for  a T.A.G. color code,  an ansi sequence,  or anything
  23.           else you could think of. The length is limited to 255 characters
  24.           and no, SDR codes do not display.
